Nelda Luce Blair is one of a handful of Texas attorneys who can claim triple Board Certification by the State Bar of Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Since the 1990s, Nelda has been a certified and re-certified expert in:

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Nelda Luce Blair has been President/Owner of The Blair Law Firm, P. C. since 1987. She has handled thousands of clients in her real estate, business and litigation practice. Over the past two decades, Ms. Blair has directed her energies toward legal consulting and government liaison services for a select clientele on a local, state and national basis. She is also involved in political campaigns, fund raising, educational awareness and multiple nonprofit endeavors.

PUBLIC PERSONALITY
For two seasons, Nelda Luce Blair demonstrated her legal skills on the nationwide FOX television series “Power of Attorney”, litigating cases in front of a real judge and a TV camera. She now periodically appears as a legal commentator on CNN, FOXNews and CourtTV, and on Houston's FOX 26.
Nelda Blair has received high acclaim as an inspirational public speaker, emcee' and facilitator for a variety of professional organizations and events. Also a prolific and respected author, Ms. Blair has written over 100 articles published in various venues, and posts her popular blog "A Texan Takes The 5th" reflecting her proud southern heritage. She is currently working on a book for later publication.
EDUCATION
In 1982, Ms. Blair received a Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree from University of Houston Law Center while also studying finances at University of Houston Graduate Business School. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Pre-Law major and Economics and Sociology minors from Baylor University in 1980. Ms. Blair began her law school studies at Baylor Law School under a select "6-year-plan" while simultaneously completing her undergraduate degree.
As part of the 1976 bicenntenial class at Conroe High School, Nelda Luce served as the "Tiger" mascot and graduated in the top 2% of a nearly 1,000-member class.
